The company Identifikační systémy, s.r.o. began to operate online shop on the web site www.idsys.cz, in september 2009, where it offers non-transferable wristbands for identification in the field of entertainment and to identify patients in medical facilities. Identification systems, lt. as the first company decided to use Shop Business One in response to SAP Business One tobring its online store into life.

1. Why did you choose system Shop Business One?

   We chose this solution in expectation of the posibility of connecting our prepared online eshop with already used system SAP Business One. The way to be linked to SAP, however, was very lengthy. It turned out that we needed a specific, unique solution within Shop Business One to meet our requirements. Finally, such a solution had to be created in the Shop Business One, but it took a lot of energy and time. Today I can say that we are working with the newly built versions of Shop Business One, which is applicable to similar sized companies. And it works!

2. What are the benefits of Shop Business One for your company?

   In the latest modified solution of Shop Business One we have solution according our requirements, that is most of all, a new service for our customers. It makes our mutual communication easier.

3. Is Shop Business One user-friendly,is work with this system easy?

   The system Shop Business One has its logic,and if you understand this logic, you´ll find out how sophisticated and user friendly it is.

4. If you would reconsider the choise of similar systen-would you choose Shop Business One again?

   That is a lot of "ifs" at once. We had a great experience, we all learned a lot and as I mentioned earlier we work with a unique version of Shop Business One that works and I recommend it to others. Their route will be much less complicated.
